ต่อมาในปี 2006 ไทยเบฟจึงจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์สิงคโปร์แทน นอกจากคุณเจริญและภรรยาที่ถือบริษัทนี้อยู่ 65% แล้ว เจ้าของบริษัทนี้ที่เหลือส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นนักลงทุนต่างประเทศ จึงกลายเป็นว่าให้คนต่างชาติมาเป็นเจ้าของบริษัทที่ขายของมึนเมาให้คนไทยแทน
ต่อมาเพื่อกระจายความเสี่ยง ไทยเบฟขยายธุรกิจเข้ามาในเครื่องดื่ม นอนแอลกอฮอล์ และอาหาร มากขึ้น จากการซื้อหุ้นโออิชิต่อจากคุณตัน ตอนนั้นคุณตันเห็นเงินก้อนเป็นพันล้าน จึงตัดสินใจขาย แต่ดูเหมือนไทยเบฟจะมองการณ์ไกลกว่าคุณตัน ปัจจุบันบริษัทโออิชิมีมูลค่าหลักหมื่นล้าน
บริษัทเสริมสุขเป็นอีกหนึ่งบริษัทที่ไทยเบฟเข้าไปเทคโอเวอร์ แต่ดีลนี้กลับกลายเป็นว่าไทยเบฟเดินเกมผิด จากที่เมื่อก่อนเสริมสุขผลิตเครื่องดื่มให้เป๊ปซี่มีกำไรปีละหลายร้อยล้าน ปัจจุบันบริษัทเสริมสุขมีผลการดำเนินงานขาดทุนทุกปีมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง อย่างไรก็ตามถึงแม้บริษัทเสริมสุขจะขาดทุนแต่ไทยเบฟคงได้ประโยชน์จากเครือข่ายการจัดจำหน่ายของเสริมสุขในการขายสินค้าอื่นของไทยเบฟอยู่บ้าง
และดีลล่าสุดคือ การเข้าเป็นเจ้าของ F&N ที่ครองตลาดทั่วภูมิภาคนี้ จะทำให้ไทยเบฟมีรายได้ที่โตมากขึ้นอีก และมีศักยภาพในการขยายสินค้าอื่นในเครือไปในตลาดอื่นๆได้
ปี 2015 ไทยเบฟมีรายได้ทั้งหมด 1.7 แสนล้านบาท กำไร 2.2 หมื่นล้านบาท ปัจจุบันมีมูลค่าบริษัทราว 5 แสนล้านบาท ถ้าไทยเบฟจดทะเบียนอยู่ที่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ประเทศไทย ก็จะอยู่ใน top10 บริษัทที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศ ขนาดของบริษัทจะใหญ่ประมาณ ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ หรือ ท่าอากาศยานไทย
มีข้อมูลที่น่าสนใจคือธุรกิจเบียร์ margin บางมาก จากรายได้ 100 บาท จะมีต้นทุนอยู่ประมาณ 97 บาท
ต้นทุนที่มากที่สุดคือภาษีสรรพสามิตสูงถึง 58 บาท
ค่าใช้จ่ายการขาย ค่าแพคเกจ ค่าเสื่อม ค่าแรงงานรวมกัน 34 บาท
ส่วนค่าวัตถุดิบในการทำเบียร์นั้นมีต้นทุนเพียง 5 บาท
และสุดท้ายเหลือกำไรเพียง 3 บาท
